What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Documenting and tracking customer interactions to ensure seamless service
  3. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  4. Maintaining a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service
