About the role
Join the dynamic team at AGVILL RESOURCES INC' as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time position is located in Apas Cebu City Cebu. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions to ensure seamless service
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service

- Relevant experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
