Job Title: QA Analyst

Location: 18th floor, Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park

Account: Travel Sales

Work set-up: Return to office

Shift: Graveyard/ Night shift

Selected candidate is expected to perform the following;

  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents
  • Collaborate with team leads and trainers to improve performance metrics
  • Generate QA reports and insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on campaign guidelines and compliance requirements

We are looking for the following;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales QA role within the BPO industry
  • Open to applicants who are at least 2nd year college levelwith no back subjects.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in QA tools and reporting systems
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required
