MAIN SCOPE:

Work collaboratively with line cooks, cashiers, and stock personnel to ensure accurate and timely food preparation for orders across all sales channels.

Maintain the proper functioning of kitchen enablers such as equipment, systems, and wares by adhering to established kitchen standards and SOPs, including routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.

Ensure full compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards throughout the kitchen, coordinating closely with the Kitchen Head and other Operations team members.

Provide administrative support for the Operations department.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper storage, handling, and fulfillment of inventory and orders at all stages, with flexibility to work across different kitchen stations as assigned.

Support Kitchen Quality Audits by ensuring that kitchen operations, equipment, and systems are fully functional and compliant.

Accurately record inventory usage through internal reporting systems to minimize shrinkage and strengthen accountability.

Actively participate in training programs, particularly those related to food preparation processes.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, regularly reviewing and evaluating kitchen procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

Ensure all staff strictly adheres to CQSMA standards (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, and Atmosphere).

Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of one year of experience in kitchen operations.

Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 operation with a six-day workweek and rotating shifts.

Immediate availability is an advantage.
