About the Role:

Join our Hatchery Team and be part of ensuring healthy chick production As a Hatchery Crew, you will be responsible for egg handling, hatcher preparation, chick processing, and maintaining the cleanliness and biosecurity of the hatchery complex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in egg room, setting room, hatcher room, and equipment.
• Monitor egg temperature to maintain fertility.
• Separate reject eggs/chicks from good quality ones.
• Perform tasks depending on assigned area (egg preheating, candling, setting, transfer, chick pull-out, classification, sexing, packing, and dispatch).
• Follow biosecurity and safety procedures at all times.
• Report issues or concerns to the Hatchery Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• 1 year hatchery work experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work under limited supervision.
• Team player with good work attitude.
• Able to perform data collection
• Able to operate hatchery equipment and machines to produce higher number of day-old chicks
• Willing to be assigned in San Agustin, Gerona, Tarlac
