About the role

Kings Manpower Cooperative is seeking a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team based in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating forklifts to move and transport materials, products, and equipment within our warehousing and distribution facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, stack, and transport materials, products, and equipment
  • Perform pre-operation inspections and maintain forklift equipment in good working condition
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
  • Assist in the efficient organisation and utilisation of storage space
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product movement
  • Maintain accurate records of forklift usage and any incidents or accidents
  • Participate in regular training to stay updated on new equipment, procedures, and safety best practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehousing or logistics environment
  • Valid forklift operator's license and certification
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely in a team environment
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse setting
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
