We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator / Social Media Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will help strengthen our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.

  • Support the implementation of promotional activities, events, and product launches.

  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, trends, and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and creative teams for marketing assets and events.

  • Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and content libraries.

  • Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Monitor accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community professionally.

  • Work with the creative team to develop visuals, graphics, and short-form video content.

  • Track metrics and prepare reports to optimize social media performance.

  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media coordination.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding and content aesthetics.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Basic graphic design or video editing experience.

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
