Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of PET preforms, bottles, and related materials at various stages of production
- Perform dimensional, visual, and functional checks using appropriate measuring tools and equipment
- Identify and document non-conformities or defects, and communicate findings to production and quality teams
- Assist in implementing quality control procedures and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to improve product quality
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in quality inspection preferably in PET or plastic manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality control processes and measurement instruments
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a team environment
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
