Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review change order estimates

Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope changes

Collaborate with engineers and project managers

Ensure accurate and timely estimate submissions

Qualifications:

Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering

Experience in Fabrication and Erection Estimating

Proficient in [relevant tools/software, e.g., Bluebeam, Excel]

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Team player with excellent time management
