Draftsman

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Development

Targets of the Position:

* Key responsibility is to prepare Production drawings for Municipality submission following the Company's design standards, the Building code and Municipality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. (Licensed is required)

2. At least 2 years experience in production of plans.

3. Knowledgeable in using Autocad, Sketchup, MS Office (Word, Excel)

4. Possesses a dynamic personality, dependable, value the Company standards.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

6. Good communication skills

7. Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.

Specific Decisions and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares design, shop, and as-built drawings as required during the construction, survey, designing, tendering, etc., of projects.

2. Prepares and/or revises detailed drawings using computer aided design software as required.

3. Works with Engineers, Architects, surveyors, designers, etc., to ensure accurate drawings are produced.

4. Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
