Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (PCBA) located in Senai , Johor . What a typical day looks like: Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques.

Design manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods. Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of equipment failures, and develop hands-on maintenance skills.

Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products; may develop corrective and preventive action plans. May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products. May participate in control plan development.

Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g., specifications, procedures). Analyze and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Confer with the production team regarding product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.

Coordinate with customers to determine product specifications and design changes, and respond to customer requests. Provide information for management decisions from a technical and cost perspective. Consult with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential. The experience we're looking to add to our team: Possess a degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
