What you'll be doing

  1. Measure and quantify materials required for construction projects
  2. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) works
  3. Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  4. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they remain within budget
  5. Prepare and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts
  6. Provide support to the project management team, ensuring effective cost control and financial reporting
  7. Assist with the preparation of tender documents and bid submissions

What we're looking for

  1. BS Mechanical Engineering graduate or related field
  2. Strong understanding of MEPF systems and construction methods
  3. Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlines
