Senior HR Associate

Qualifications:

• Graduate of HRDM, Psychology or any related courses.
• With experience in handling HR Facets including: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations and Timekeeping & Payroll is required
• With experience in Supervisory Level
• Knowledgeable on DOLE reports and Processes
• Amenable to work in Calaca, Batangas
• Willing to work 6 days a week, Mondays to Saturdays
• CAN START ASAP

Job Description

1. Recruitment

2. Compensation and Benefits

3. Monitor the processing and facilitation of company and government-mandated benefits

4. Handle all government mandated benefits related concerns of employees (loans and claims)

5. Timely processing of payments of monthly remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) of the assigned refilling plant

6. Payroll

7. Accurate and Timely preparation of Payroll report (with zero audit findings and complaints)

8. Leave Credits Availment Monitoring - 13th-month pay computation and final pay computation for separated employees
9. Salary Loan deduction and other charges/deductions monitoring
10. 13th-month pay computation and final pay computation for separated employees

4.Employee Relations

• Handles corrective action process based on the Company Policy
• Documentation of all the action made for every Incident report received

• Conducts exit interviews to separating employees

• Timekeeping

• Accuracy (with zero audit findings and complaints)

• Familiarity in the labor standards and computation.
