ROLE SUMMARY

The F&B Attendant is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service and ensuring all operational tasks are completed to established brand standards. This role involves executing seamless service, maintaining immaculate presentation of the dining area and facilities, and working cooperatively with the team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. The attendant actively supports the outlet's goals by focusing on efficient service delivery and contributing to a positive guest experience that encourages repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Management & Speed: Quickly take, process, and fulfill beverage and snack orders for gaming guests, prioritizing prompt service due to the high-stakes environment.
  • Aesthetic Standards: Maintain the s-star standard by meticulously setting and clearing tables at gaming stations, ensuring impeccable linen and tableware presentation.
  • Service & Check-Backs: Conduct frequent, non-intrusive satisfaction checks with guests and patrons to ensure they are satisfied with the services and products.
  • Alcoholic Service Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local and casino regulations regarding responsible alcohol service and identification checks to maintain gaming floor integrity.
  • Issue Resolution & Discretion: Resolve minor guests and patrons' concerns swiftly and with utmost discretion, using appropriate goodwill gestures when needed. Inform the immediate leader on duty.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Handle all payments and complimentary food and drink authorizations accurately, utilizing the specific and approved point-of-sale system.
  • Floor Monitoring & Safety: Continuously monitor the assigned service section for spills, debris, and potential safety hazards to ensure a clean and safe restaurant/environment.
  • Reporting & Communication: Immediately report all large orders, critical guest issues, or suspicious activity to the Manager or Leader on Duty and appropriate surveillance staff when necessary.
  • Set-Up and Close-Down: Efficiently complete all shift tasks, including restocking service bars and performing detailed closing duties to prepare the area for 24-hour operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Tourism and Hospitality Management is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of hotel regulations and casino service system flow.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism or related fields is required.
