Insurance Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle insurance-related tasks and work independently across multiple client platforms.
  • Improve operational efficiency by identifying issues, creating streamlined processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication, understanding client needs, and fostering strong client relationships.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree of any course
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, claims handling, or a similar area
  • Preferably with leadership experiences
  • Strong skills in email communication (required)
  • Background in quality assurance with a focus on process improvement or performance evaluation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php37,500.00 per month
