We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc.'. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of various industrial equipment and components. This is a full-time position based in General Santos City, South Cotabato.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to fabricate custom parts and equipment.

  • Operate a variety of metalworking machines and tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.

  • Perform welding, brazing, and other joining techniques to assemble parts and structures.

  • Modify existing equipment and components to improve functionality and efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and quality control measures.

  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of fabrication processes and techniques.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in fabrication or welding is a plus.

  • Proven experience in metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing role.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Skilled in the operation of metalworking equipment, such as lathes, mills, grinders, and welding machines.

  • Knowledgeable in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow safety protocols.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
