About the Role
We're looking for a versatile Liaison Officer / Office Custodian / Messenger to play a crucial role in the daily operations of our office. You'll be responsible for a blend of administrative support, office maintenance, and logistical tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing to a positive and productive work environment.What You'll Do
- Liaison & Communication Support:
 - Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are delivered accurately and promptly.
 - Facilitate coordination between different departments or external partners.
 - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting logistics.
 - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
 - Office Custodial Services:
 - Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including common areas, workstations, and restrooms.
 - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
 - Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and accessible.
 - Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
 - Messenger Services:
 - Execute timely and secure delivery of documents, packages, and other items to various locations within and outside the office.
 - Manage and track delivery logs to ensure accountability.
 - Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times.
 - Assist with light administrative duties as required.
 
What You Should Have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
 - Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., office assistant, messenger, custodian) is a plus.
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Strong organizational and time management abilities.
 - A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Physical stamina to perform custodial duties and messenger tasks.
 - Knowledge of basic office cleaning procedures and equipment.
 - Familiarity with Ortigas and Metro Manila areas for messenger duties.
 
Bonus:
- Possession of a valid driver's license (motorcycle or car) for faster messenger services.
 - Experience in an office environment with a fast-paced culture.
