About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Liaison Officer / Office Custodian / Messenger to play a crucial role in the daily operations of our office. You'll be responsible for a blend of administrative support, office maintenance, and logistical tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing to a positive and productive work environment.What You'll Do

  • Liaison & Communication Support:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are delivered accurately and promptly.
  • Facilitate coordination between different departments or external partners.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting logistics.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Office Custodial Services:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, including common areas, workstations, and restrooms.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and accessible.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Messenger Services:
  • Execute timely and secure delivery of documents, packages, and other items to various locations within and outside the office.
  • Manage and track delivery logs to ensure accountability.
  • Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times.
  • Assist with light administrative duties as required.

What You Should Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., office assistant, messenger, custodian) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform custodial duties and messenger tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic office cleaning procedures and equipment.
  • Familiarity with Ortigas and Metro Manila areas for messenger duties.

Bonus:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license (motorcycle or car) for faster messenger services.
  • Experience in an office environment with a fast-paced culture.
