About the role

Are you an exceptional communicator seeking a rewarding career in customer service? We are seeking a Virtual Hiring Customer Service Representative to join our thriving call centre at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' in Compostela Cebu. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our valued customers through both inbound and outbound call handling.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs
  4. Following established processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the blended account (inbound and outbound) environment
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  6. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
