Installation and Fabrication:

• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal parts, including ducts, control boxes, and other components of HVAC systems.
• Accurately read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and HVAC plans to guide installation and fabrication.
• Inspect and repair damaged duct systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Apply proper insulation and sealing techniques to ductwork to prevent air leaks and improve energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, team members, and other HVAC professionals to develop effective installation plans and ensure efficient system performance.
• Adhere to safety standards, building regulations, and company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

• Proven experience in the HVAC industry as a Ductman or in a similar fabrication and installation role.

Technical Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of HVAC systems and ductwork installation techniques.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal.
• Ability to lift and carry materials, work in confined spaces, and maintain balance on ladders or scaffolding.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with other professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
