About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen Admin to join the team at Amorita Resort, a leading luxury resort in the stunning Palawan. This full-time role will see you playing a vital administrative support function within the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the kitchen management team, including preparing schedules, managing inventory, and processing invoices and purchasing orders
  • Maintaining detailed records and databases related to kitchen operations, staff, and budgets
  • Assisting with the coordination of kitchen staff, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance management
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication and integration of kitchen activities
  • Supporting the implementation of kitchen policies, procedures, and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with kitchen staff and other departments
  • A customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
