About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen Admin to join the team at Amorita Resort, a leading luxury resort in the stunning Palawan. This full-time role will see you playing a vital administrative support function within the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the kitchen management team, including preparing schedules, managing inventory, and processing invoices and purchasing orders
- Maintaining detailed records and databases related to kitchen operations, staff, and budgets
- Assisting with the coordination of kitchen staff, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance management
- Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication and integration of kitchen activities
- Supporting the implementation of kitchen policies, procedures, and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with kitchen staff and other departments
- A customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
