About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Crew (FOH YAYAOI RESTAURANT) to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' in Santa Rosa City Laguna. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with menu selections, providing recommendations, and taking orders accurately
  3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies
  5. Handling cash and credit card transactions with attention to detail
  6. Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  7. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  4. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and procedures
  5. A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for providing a great dining experience
