  • Record and ensure accuracy of packages and data.
  • Support metrics tracking, reporting, and linking packages to opportunities.
  • Manage TSP packages, coordinating invoicing with Content Billing.
  • Assist with operations in Salesforce, Evolve, CMS, and HESIOPS across all package types.
  • Handle change requests, notify stakeholders, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with teams to address issues and support sales with package questions.
  • Manage unassigned and product-related cases, update components, and create urgent packages.
  • Troubleshoot and verify product info, active accounts, and URL links.
  • Review discounts, verify prices, and create vouchers for unavailable products.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks, document workflows, and suggest process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
