We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intermodal Supervisor to oversee all intermodal operations in the Philippines. The role ensures efficient execution of intermodal products and services, supports internal teams and vendors, and contributes to profitability, compliance, and continuous process improvement within logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute all intermodal-related products and services across the country, ensuring smooth coordination and operational efficiency.
  • Support internal teams such as Commercial, Customer Service, and Outports by providing quotations, operational guidance, and subject matter expertise on intermodal services.
  • Coordinate with the Legal team for contract negotiations, ensuring 100% vendor compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Record, monitor, and update weekly intermodal activities, including shipment movement, volume, revenue forecasts, and profit and loss reports.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless execution of intermodal services.
  • Prepare and submit accurate intermodal reports and performance reviews to the Regional Office and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct KPI evaluations and performance reviews for intermodal suppliers to maintain service quality.
  • Participate as part of the management team in overseeing logistics and outport-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and aligns with company values and vision.
