Job Summary:

The Welder will be responsible for performing welding and related tasks in the production of steel bars. The role involves operating welding equipment, reading and interpreting technical drawings, ensuring product quality, and maintaining workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding operations in accordance with established production standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure quality, accuracy, and durability.
• Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned related to steel bar production.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational course in welding or related field.
• Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Knowledge of different welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, SMAW).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
• Willing to work in Biñan, Laguna.

Preferred Attributes:

• With TESDA NC II Welding Certification (an advantage but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team player with a positive work attitude.
