Multimedia Specialist

We are looking for a talented and versatile Multimedia Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual and audio content across various platforms. You will work on creating engaging multimedia assets, including videos, animations, graphics, audio content, and interactive media, to support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives that aligns with our brand's message and engages our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Multimedia Content Creation

• Develop, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications.
• Design and produce graphic assets (static images, banners, infographics) for use in digital and print materials.
• Create animations and motion graphics to enhance video content and website interactions.
• Produce audio content, including voiceovers, podcasts, or sound effects for multimedia projects.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Country Marketing and Communications Leader and Brand and Campaign Manager to understand project goals, audience needs, and branding requirements.
• Take ownership of multimedia projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when needed for specific tasks (e.g., voice talent, special effects).

Editing & Post-production

• Edit raw footage and media into polished, engaging videos or graphics.
• Use editing software to enhance visuals and/or sound. (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma. After Effects is a plus.)
• Ensure the final multimedia content is optimized for various platforms (social media, websites, YouTube, email newsletters).

Brand Consistency & Quality Control

• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to multimedia content as necessary.
• Monitor trends in multimedia design and production to incorporate innovative techniques and technology into content.

Content Distribution

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Traffic Manager, and other stakeholders to optimize multimedia content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website).
• Provide recommendations on video length, format, and distribution channels based on target audience, platform specifications, and best practices.
• Manage and organize multimedia assets in a shared library for easy access and future use.

Multimedia Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content across different platforms.
• Track engagement metrics such as view counts, shares, comments, and click-through rates to gauge the effectiveness of multimedia efforts.
• Suggest improvements based on performance data to optimize future multimedia content creation.

You should be an expert in multimedia production, with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop). A strong understanding of the entire video production process—from shooting to post-production—is essential. You should also be skilled at optimizing content for various digital platforms.
