Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Develop 2D and 3D design presentations, renderings, and models for client and internal reviews.
• Support the Senior Architect in design development and project documentation.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Ensure all drawings and designs are accurate and aligned with project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other project team members to resolve design issues.
• Conduct site visits to support inspections, measure as-built conditions, and verify design compliance.
• Research materials, finishes, and construction methods for design integration.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing records.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Licensed Architect or in the process of licensure is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
• Basic knowledge in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and material take-offs.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with a team.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
