Role Summary

Highly motivated and experienced Cyber Security Sales Manager.

Responsible for managing and growing our partner network, driving revenue growth through our channel partners, and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies, building strong relationships with partners, and providing guidance and support to your team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets


• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and System Integrators (SIs)


• Identify new partners and opportunities, and manage the recruitment process


• Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners to ensure their success in selling our products and services


• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to develop and deliver effective channel programs and initiatives


• Manage and motivate a team of channel sales professionals, including setting sales targets, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance reviews


• Monitor and report on channel sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive revenue growth

Qualifications:


• Proven track record of success in cyber security channel sales, with at least 3 years of experience


• Strong technical knowledge of cyber security products and services


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders


• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and make data-driven decisions


• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
