Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning and executing photo and video shoots for Madhouse, Beyond the

Build, and CEO Making It Happen projects.

● Support in editing and repurposing content for various platforms (e.g., social

media posts, reels, short-form videos).

● Help in designing and laying out marketing and branding materials for both online

and offline use.

● Coordinate with the Marketing and Creatives Team for content rollout, campaign

updates, and asset organization.

● Support on-site production requirements such as setting up equipment, capturing

behind-the-scenes footage, and documenting events or shoots.

● Assist in content scheduling and posting across multiple social media platforms.

● Conduct trend research and competitor benchmarking to support creative

ideation and campaign planning.

● Maintain an organized file system for all creative assets and project

documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Multimedia Arts,

Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

● Basic knowledge in photo/video shooting and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere

Pro, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut).

● Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,

YouTube, etc.).

● Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong initiative and willingness to

learn.

● Willing to assist in on-ground shoots, activations, and other content production

needs.
