Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Purchase food, beverages, and café supplies based on demand and budget.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms.
  • Monitor inventory and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the café team to align purchasing with menu needs.
  • Keep track of supplier performance, pricing, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role, preferably in food and beverage.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must willing to visit in the store in Alabang, Muntinlupa

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
