Arayat Doctors Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our dedicated team in Arayat Pampanga. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. What you'll be doing

1. Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and optimal medication outcomes
2. Provide expert advice and counselling to patients and healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of medications
3. Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement medication management plans
4. Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
5. Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
5. Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and electronic medical record systems
6. Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centred care and continuous professional development
