Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who thrives on building products end-to-end — from designing and migrating complex database structures to crafting smooth, intuitive user experiences. The role necessitates both frontend and backend ability such as building APIs and architecting data models. Just as important: you'll join our sales and operations teams in the field to understand real customer workflows, ensuring that every feature you build creates meaningful value. This role especially values engineers who are mobile and adaptable — willing to go onsite for onboarding operations, visit customer locations, and debug or fix issues on the fly in real-world business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform Figma designs into production-ready code.
  • Build and maintain efficient, reusable components for rapid development.
  • Manage global application state with tools like Zustand, Context API, or equivalent.
  • Design, build, and migrate complex database schemas and model relationships.
  • Collaborate on APIs and backend logic that support scalable frontend applications.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and maintainability across the stack.
  • Go on the field with sales and operations to observe customer workflows.
  • Translate field insights into features that directly empower Filipino businesses.
  • Join onboarding operations and customer site visits, debugging and fixing issues directly in the field.
  • Work closely with product managers and other engineers to align technical solutions with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of database systems, migrations, and model relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend development practices and state management (Zustand, Context API, Redux, etc.).
  • Comfortable working across the full stack, from API design to UI components.
  • Customer-focused, eager to go onsite and see how businesses operate.
  • Passionate about building products for impact — and for the love of building.
  • Preference for candidates who are mobile and adaptable: willing to join onboarding operations, visit customer sites, and fix/debug in real-world environments.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience working with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) or integrating AI into production systems.
