About the Role

Soundcheck, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Repair and Maintenance to join our team. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and longevity of our technical equipment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of our audio, lighting, and stage equipment. Your technical expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our events and daily operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Background on Power Electronics, Circuit Design, and Repairs and Maintenance of AUDIO, VIDEO, and LIGHTS Equipment.

  • At least 7-year experience with 3 years supervisory/management position

  • Preferably a licensed Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineer.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and check all office electrical and other equipment

  • Manage and assign staff for office repair requirements

  • Implements regular fire hazard and safety audits in the offices.

  • Budget monitoring and planning

  • Assists the Warehouse Department in planning, organizing, controlling and scheduling the work activities of the team.

  • Ensures staff(s) are properly oriented and trained according to work standards

  • Ensures compliance of team to established standard operating policies and procedures, job duties and special assignments

  • Delegates balance workload among subordinates
