As a Software Engineer, you'll develop, maintain, and enhance features within a Ruby on Rails environment while collaborating with talented global developers. You'll build enterprise-scale solutions, design APIs, and integrate cutting-edge technologies that bring business visions to life.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required

Skills & Experience:

• Mid Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
• Senior Level: 3+ years of production experience in Ruby on Rails (4/5) development
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, or React)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (PostgreSQL, SQL)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest)
• Familiarity with Sidekiq, Bootstrap, and Git version control
• Experience with enterprise software design and system integration
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in remote, agile environments

Your Daily Tasks

• Build new features from the product roadmap using efficient Ruby code and proven design patterns
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Collaborate on REST API integrations and third-party software connections
• Design and implement enterprise-scale solutions aligned with business goals
• Review requirements, data models, and architecture for responsible code delivery
• Write high-quality, documented code and conduct testing before launch
• Perform unit and integration testing to maintain performance and functionality
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure engineering excellence
• Continuously learn and apply modern tools and practices to drive innovation
• Perform other duties as assigned
