CAD Drafter

Overview

We are hiring a CAD Drafter who will support the QS and engineering teams in producing precise drawings that drive project planning, estimation, and execution. As part of a Triple A contractor, you'll work on complex building structures and contribute to major commercial and residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for quantity take-offs.
• Prepare quantifiable drawings used for BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with site engineers and QS teams to ensure drawing accuracy and version consistency.
• Manage shop drawings, revisions, and As-Built documentation.
• Organize drawing files, maintain archives, and ensure consistent folder structures.
• Assist in preparing visualization materials when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or Engineering.
• At least 4 years of CAD experience in construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic MEP systems and structural plans.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
