Planner/Encoder

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Production teams on project schedules, material requirements, and forecasts.
• Prepare material requirement plans, purchase requests, and long-term material/trip requisition plans.
• Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring efficient use of capacity and timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze material status, pull-out balances, and production progress; recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve material or scheduling issues.

• Consolidate forecasts and generate related reports for management and client reference.

• Encode and reconcile daily production, material issuance, receiving, and dispatch data in the system.

• Maintain accuracy of database entries and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Process and verify SAP transactions for receiving, put-away, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor and track materials, finished goods, and packaging usage to ensure accurate inventory records.

• Conduct weekly cycle counts and maintain organized filing and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, schedules, and reporting standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the WPO Head or Head of Operations.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Experience in PPIC Functions
• Familiarity with SAP System
• Can work both independently and with the team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented
