Accounts Payable specialist:

· Receiving, verifying, encoding and entering vendor payment request into the accounting system.

· Scheduling and processing for payments request and monitoring payment cycles to ensure all expenses are paid monthly.

· Reconciling accounts payable trade and resolving discrepancies.

· Monitoring the AP Aging.

· Maintaining historical financial records, vouchers, and other necessary documentation.

· Charging expenses to correct accounts and cost centers, and tracking discounts.

· Responding to all payable inquiries and resolving payment issues.

· Generating reports on AP status and assisting with month-end closing.

· Creating Payment voucher and know how to do reimbursement.

· Training other requestors how to do payment request for different expenses.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
