Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management or any related course
  • At least 6 years of work experience as a Plant Production Manager
  • Background in system management control: GMP, GHP, GLP, HACCP
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environment and good leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Plant Operations & Personnel Management

Supervises daily plant operations and monitors employee performance to ensure that organizational goals are met.

  • Policy & System Implementation

Develops, reviews, and enforces plant systems in alignment with established policies and procedures.

  • Supply Chain Coordination

Works closely with the Purchasing Team to manage supply and demand efficiently.

  • Quality Control Oversight

Provides guidance to the Quality Control team in managing product acceptance, rejections, and rework processes.

  • Regulatory Compliance

Ensures adherence to all government-mandated policies and regulations, including those related to plant operations, pollution control, and environmental standards.

Location: Canlubang, Laguna

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
