Job Description:

The Graphic Artist/Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs and materials that align with the company's branding, marketing goals, and communication standards. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing a variety of visual content for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency and high-quality output across all marketing channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, flyers, tarpaulins, menus, and digital advertisements.

  2. Create visual content for social media, website, and other online platforms.

  3. Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and HR departments to support campaigns and events.

  4. Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

  5. Edit and enhance photos and videos for promotional use.

  6. Develop layout and design concepts for presentations and internal communication materials.

  7. Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure quality and accuracy of printed materials.

  8. Maintain an organized digital archive of artwork and design files.

  9. Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies.

  10. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Marketing or HR Department.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.

  2. At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply).

  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).

  4. Knowledge of Canva and other design platforms is an advantage.

  5. Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  7. Good communication and teamwork skills.

  8. Basic knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus.

  9. Willing to work on-site and flexible with assigned tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
