Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, provide support to various departments, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records
  • Assist in handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Support HR and Operations in daily administrative needs
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and documentation
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational course in any field (preferred but not required)
  • With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

At least 6 months of experience in Admin related tasks. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
