Service Crew

• Customer Interaction: Greet, seat, and escort customers, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Order Management: Take orders accurately, key them into a Point of Sale (POS) system, and prepare customer bills.
• Food & Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensure proper presentation, and assist with restocking.
• Payment Handling: Process customer payments efficiently and accurately, providing change or returning credit cards.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the dining area, kitchen, customer areas, and restrooms clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Food Preparation (Kitchen roles): Assist with food preparation, such as cutting and chopping ingredients, to fill customer orders.
• Operational Support: Follow standard operating procedures, ensure health and safety standards are met, and assist with deliveries and inventory as needed.
• Complaint Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
