Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC ) processes, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively Ability to identify technical issues and dependencies, escalate appropriately, and collaborate with senior engineers and managers Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code aligned with team conventions, design patterns, and DRY principles Familiarity with refactoring practices and continuous improvement of existing codebases Awareness of privacy and compliance standards, including secure handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Knowledge of secure software development practices to prevent security vulnerabilities Ability to balance performance, reliability, and quality with technical trade-offs and debt management Understanding of product value and business impact, with a sense of ownership over assigned components Proactive in seeking mentorship and continuous learning opportunities to grow technical skills Ability to work within team budget constraints and follow internal architecture and design standards Your Daily Tasks Executing software builds and ensuring completion according to specified requirements.
