Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting company personnel, materials, and documents to designated locations. The role requires maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition, ensuring compliance with traffic laws, and supporting various operational needs of the company.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport employees, clients, and company materials to and from specified destinations.
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for daily operations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
  • Comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials or documents when necessary.
  • Perform messenger duties such as delivering checks, payments, and official documents.
  • Coordinate with Admin or Operations for daily schedules and assignments.
  • Support other logistical or operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • With valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, and 3 preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years driving experience in a corporate or logistics setting.
  • Familiar with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces.
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and with good interpersonal skills.
