Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies, with consistency and flair.
• Greet and engage with guests, providing recommendations and tailoring beverages to their preferences.
• Ensure the bar and café areas are fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the beverage menu, seasonal specials, and hotel promotions.
• Handle guest orders and payments efficiently, following hotel cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of glassware, utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock requisitions and rotation.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards in accordance with hotel policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least Senior High School graduate; hospitality, culinary, or barista/mixology certification preferred.
• Previous bartending or barista experience in hotels, resorts, or cafes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and basic to advanced mixology.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Pleasant, confident, and engaging personality.
• Creativity in drink presentation and flavor combinations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Well-groomed and adheres to high personal hygiene standards.
