Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to join our Risk and Assurance function. This role provides high-quality analysis, reporting, and administrative support while managing specific risk management tasks and projects. You will work closely with the Risk and Quality Manager and collaborate with internal stakeholders across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct supplier risk assessments, review data, and prepare recommendations for management.
  • Collate and analyse data to prepare quality performance and risk reports.
  • Monitor quality performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Administer the Business Management System (BMS) and support document control processes.
  • Maintain and develop SharePoint databases, digital forms, and Power BI reports.
  • Track changes to Australian and international standards, preparing change notifications and impact analyses.
  • Analyse customer and competitor disclosures, preparing detailed analytical reports.
  • Support governance of Group Risk and Quality systems (BMS, Cintellate, MCATS).
  • Manage internal communication channels for Risk and Quality updates.
  • Assist in completing external ESG surveys and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Competence in mathematics and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM).
