JOB DESCRIPTION:

Team Leadership and Organizational Development

  • Provide strategic leadership to the quality organizations, aligning departmental goals with overall business objectives.
  • Build and develop a high-performing quality leadership team through mentorship, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Cultivate a culture of quality and accountability, and continuous improvement across all operational levels and functions.

Enterprise Risk & Compliance Management

  • Oversee enterprise wide quality risk identification and mitigation strategies across product, process, and supply chain domains.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks for quality risks assessment and ensure alignment with global regulatory and customer compliance requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to proactively resolve systemic risks and elevate quality resilience.

Quality Performance & Executive Reporting

  • Define and drive strategic quality KPI's and performance dashboards to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead data-driven quality reviews and report critical insights, risk forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, and Computer)
  • Minimum of 10 year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • At least 3 year(s) of managing experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge in 8D/FMEA/7 QC Tools/SPC.
  • Knowledgeable in drawing interpretations to identify the standards given by the customer.
  • Relevant trainings and seminars to this position will be of high advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in FPIP Site.
