Flutter Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Flutter Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training sessions on Flutter and Dart for developers at varying skill levels. The trainer will be responsible for creating learning materials, conducting hands-on workshops, mentoring trainees, and ensuring participants gain practical knowledge to build cross-platform mobile applications efficiently.

• Design and deliver structured training programs on Flutter and Dart, including fundamentals, advanced concepts, and best practices.
• Develop course materials, labs, assignments, and real-world projects to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions to ensure participants gain practical application-building skills.
• Mentor and guide participants through projects, debugging, and deployment challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, plugins, and ecosystem trends, integrating them into the curriculum.
• Assess trainee progress through evaluations, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
• Provide post-training support and knowledge-sharing to help participants transition into real projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor the training program to organizational or client needs.

• Proven expertise in Flutter and Dart, with a strong portfolio of published apps (Google Play, App Store, or internal use).
• Solid understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, including architecture, state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), and UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, SQLite, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in guiding learners.

• Background in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks beyond Flutter (React Native, Xamarin) is a plus.
