What you'll be doing

Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking Mixing and applying paint to vehicles using spray guns and other painting equipment Ensuring a high-quality, flawless finish by carefully blending and matching colours Troubleshooting any paint-related issues and implementing remedies Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to support efficient operations Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet project deadlines

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Automotive Painter or in a similar role Proficiency in using spray guns, paint mixing, and other automotive painting equipment Excellent attention to detail and the ability to achieve a high-quality finish Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to handle any paint-related challenges Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
