Summary:
Patients will find Careview more reachable, and easy to contact. Act as a concierge for all Careview centers and services. Response to schedule will be less than 10 minutes (Sales to ask schedule for patient). Centralize and efficient way for announcing, disseminating information and reminder of patient schedule. They will document phonecall, text message, and online chat complaints, feedback and positive comments from patient. Lessen the burden of center's receptionist, so they can attend more to patient needs. Future online and phone concierge of both Khealth and Careview. One Hotline for all patient and customer needs. (first contact to classify the nature of the call to different departments of Khealth and Careview)
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Receives Phonecall, text messages, e-mails and online inquiries.
2. Receives Phonecall, text messages, e-mails and online patient scheduling for PET, PET/CT and Chemotherapy.
3. Receives online payment for PET, PET/CT and Chemotherapy for all centers.
4. Orders F-18 for all centers for the next day, last orders shall be sent around 8pm of the same day.
5. Act as concierge:
- Hotline for redirecting calls to Careview, and Khealth departments.
6. Hotline for ordering and inquiring about F-18 (May redirect call to Production department)
7. Hotline for Careview Services
8. Coordinates schedules, endorsement regarding patient needs, doctor's request, patient condition to the appointed center
9. Documents complaints, transcribe to generate report and send to immediate supervisor of the center and operations supervisor.
10. Creates Viber/call/text/email of patient schedule and preparation reminder
11. Properly instruct patient of procedure preparation.
12. Schedules chemotherapy session.
13. Provide chemotherapy instructions and preparation.
14. Saves screenshot/image of the prescription during scheduling.
15. Takes feedback online and document the response.
16. Inform sales team during cancellation due to machine down status and F-18 production problem.
17. Reschedules patient during cancellation due to machine down status and F-18 production problem.
18. Remind patient of reschedules and repeat scans thru viber, email, text message or phone call.
19. Must comply/ reply to patient inquiries and schedules not more than 10 minutes.
Qualifications:
Degree holder relevant to the position he/she applying for
Equipped with MS Office skills (word, excel, pptx)
Can communicate clearly both Tagalog and English
Can Work from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (shifting sched)
Can attend quiries from during weekends6. Pleasing Personality
With experience in BPO is a plus
