Project Management Officer

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Trends and Concepts Total Interior Solutions Inc. Full time ₱240,000 - ₱300,000 per year

Project Management: Monitors construction project progress using the Project Update Monitoring Sheet and follows up as needed to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and budget compliance for all projects.

Team Coordination: Collaborates with various departments and construction team to coordinate project progress.

Process Improvement: Conducts observations and audits to identify areas for improvement and recommends solutions.

Risk Management: Identifies potential risks and recommends mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Reporting: Monitors and collect reports from the construction team, and promptly calls a meeting if a project is at risk of encountering critical issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Civil Engineering

KEY COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills: Knowledge of fit-out construction principles, methodologies, and construction management practices.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and executives.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify and address construction issues and develop solutions.

Field Experience: Previous experience or internships in a construction or field environment is advantageous but not required.

Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements related to engineering and construction.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
