1. Ensures that the Philosophy of Education, the Vision, Mission and Goals of the School are effectively integrated into the daily classroom lessons.
2. Utilizes a variety of student-centered instructional techniques in class.
3. Maintains effective classroom management and discipline.
4. Coordinates with his/her coordinator / program area chairperson and the teachers of his / her grade level.
5. Complies with other academic requirements as may be determined by the Subject Area Coordinator/Department Head.
6. Performs other related tasks assigned by the Department Head
