IT Specialist

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or computer-related course
• At least 1-2 years working experience
• Knowledgeable in LAN server setup
• Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable in email configuration and other IT-related matters

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide various technical assistance to PC end users and in information technology and
computer-related problems

1. Performs immediate hardware/software repairs to all workstations, printers and related

equipments

1. Performs regular monitoring of all IT related resources (PC, NAS, software and other

related equipment and accessories)

1. Monitors and troubleshoots local area network connection related problems

2. Maintain ideal internet and email connectivity and immediately reports the

encountered problems to service provider

1. Inventory of all workstations and software installed

2. Monitor antivirus security updates and conduct virus removal

3. Backup of necessary files

4. Ensure availability of needed IT resources and solutions for end users

5. Perform other functions as may assign from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
